Donald L. Southerland

Donald L. Southerland joined the firm in 2004, handling personal injury, PIP and Criminal defense Cases. Mr. Southerland was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 1994, and admitted to practice in Federal Court, for the Middle District of Florida, in 1997. His legal experience includes several years as a prosecutor in Central Florida, prosecuting thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases. As a Criminal Defense attorney he specializes in DUI and Felony Drug Charges.

Mr. Southerland is also an experienced Civil Litigator, having formerly handled fraud investigations, as well as Auto Liability, Premises Liability (Slip and Fall), PIP, and Uninsured Motorist cases for insurance companies and their insured's.
